Estée Lauder only delivers online orders to UK addresses and cannot ship to P .O. Boxes,
BFPO addresses, the Channel Islands or outside the UK. Some orders require a signature; if
no one is available, the courier may leave a card with rearrangement details and cannot
leave parcels “hidden” at the address for security reasons. Additional days may be needed
for the Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas, with possible
delays due to customs for Northern Ireland.
